I think there are 2 major problems that won't allow you to become a moderator here:

1. Your English - You don't speak English fluently (You make many grammar mistakes, sometimes you're hard to understand and etc.)
2. Your negative reputation (-172)

About the reasons up there:
I want to say that it's not problem for me to understand you, but it's problem for the others. Also, your negative reputation won't make good first impression on newbies.

One positive thing is that you're an active and loyal member of APPZXOR. That's one of the 3 requirements, but the first one is most important.

I'm not sure about this, but I think you will use your power of moderator to ban members that are you enemies... No offence bro, but you need to work on your speaking terms with other members here.
