This beta update allows users to have the ability to turn on and off 3G connectivity while on your iPhone. Previously, this wasn't allowed on the Betas and have now been allowed. To download the Apple Software Update (.ipsw) go to your developer's account and download it from there. Or if your UDID (Unique Device Identifier) has been activated, here's direct download links.
