| LOL! if you don't have a power to attract her then one thing to do. Be close to her even that she will be annoyed. Just keep on going. Keep talking to her, give him compliment .
Appz-DeaTheKiD - Well, for you i think its all about the techniques how you will make him notice you. But i suggest to be friend with her friend also . To get her know well. Then you will make the move to ask her. But first , you have to go in to progress. Friend,Good friend, Best Friend, Asking a date and becoming a GF ! xD
The technique is this. If you don't have a chance to get her close. Give her a letter ( a Quotes will be awesome ). Its up to you what will you ganna do next. I know its sound dumb or stupid but it worth the trying.

| I got some suggestions too,,
First,, be sure also to go with her in school every recess, lunch, or going to home and talk about her favorites, etc... then.. you can also give chocolates, flowers etc..
And if you go with her everytime, there's a chance that she might fall in love with you even your face is ugly.... you can do it!!
And if you two are now in touch,, you can go ask her for a date and do your moves xD
